What does "wellness" mean to you?
Living a happy and healthy lifestyle. Nourishing your body with good food, drinks and supplements and taking time to look after your mind and body with things like exercise and Meditation.

Favourite exercise?
I love yoga and my daily Bali classes are something I miss terribly at the moment! I also love short but powerful HIIT sessions when I feel like I need to let out some stress/ energy.
What will the first thing you do be when you get out of self-isolation?
Travelling to see friends and family, but really travelling full stop. I can’t wait to visit some places in Europe when it’s safe to later this summer – this is the longest I’ve been in one place for years!

Morning person or night owl?
It depends on the day! I like to get up early and have a good journal/ workout/ coffee routine to start my day. But often I’ll have random bursts of creativity and energy in the late evenings too.
What is your morning or nighttime ritual?
I like to wake up and put my activewear on, have my coffee in the garden (if the weather allows!) then do a home work out HIIT or yoga class. I’ll then shower, do my skincare routine and get ready to sit at my desk ready for the day
How do you like your ThreeDots?
I’ve been enjoying them as an afternoon treat when I’ve been staring at my computer for too long. I take a minute to de-stress, sit in the garden and enjoy my ThreeDots away from my phone/ laptop.
If you're feeling low, what do you do to pick yourself up?

Put on a good playlist of songs that make me happy! Works almost every time.

What do you admire most in your friends?

Their unflattering support & encouragement always.

Your positive mantra?
Visualise your highest self – start showing up as her.
